Sloe Vinegar - bigpaul - 21 October 2013 post courtesy of Dragon Jane- Big Paul's OH. as we don't drink Gin I thought I would make sloe vinegar. first pick your sloe's(obviously), prick all over with a pin, fill jam jar and top up with white vinegar. leave for at least 2 weeks-the longer the better!! makes an amazing marinade for pork or any meat, or as a salad dressing.
