If they can't pass the physical health things will they reduce the requirements for women or are they allowed to have more body fat and be less physically able etc. we are equal after all! (or so I'm continually reminded with any media)
They just want robots able to obey orders. Note that thinking power is not required.
I also hope that due to discrimination the women are expected to do the same test. After all criminals don't swap themselves around because they are up against Mrs Robocop.
We all know most crime is committed by native amercan wheelchair bound, lesbian, transgendered, former asylum seeking persecuted Christian former child soldiers from Africa. Luckily we have a police force built if the same people so everyone has an equal chance to be caught. Crafter all the police being smarter, fitter and better equipped than the criminals would be discriminatory.
