Sheesh a day of contrasts, went to hospital for an MRI scan, didnt get it, I ended up walking out in disgust, the place stunk, was completely airless and it must have been 80 degrees I could not breath never mind bloody walk, given up on the NHS totally now and i'm even more adamant it should be privatised.

On the afternoon I went over to Brough on the A66 to meet a family who had recently moved up from Winersh were ever that place is ??.

Part transitioner, part prepper family, well switched on, just fitted a pelletised heating system and a huge wood burner with back boiler.
They are hoping to put up a PV array and maybe a small turbine in the paddock.

What I found most interesting about this couple is that they say three other couples they know from the south east have recently seen the writing on the wall and put as much distance as they can between the home counties and themselves. two moved to the west country, and another to central Wales.

Also they dont consider themselves as preppers in the way we distinguish ourselves, they simply say they moved for a more safe, secure and sustainable lifestyle in an environment that is a thousand percent safer and less turbulent than inside the PC diverse, inclusive multi cultural socialist paradise of the home counties. That and the fact that the 4 bed ex foresters house they bought cost the same as a one bed flat in London !!!.

I wish them well.
Sorry your hospital was pants wich one was it? Glad more people are awakening.

North Tees, Its full of chavs, druggies, alcs, prisoners fastened to cops, I went to the loo when I arrived its just inside the posh fancy entrance, god it was foul, it stunk and there was pee all over the floor.
But the bloody heat was unbearable it made me dizzy, then the muggy, musty, foisty air in the building finished me off.
Oddly enough my missus has been based there for 35 years and she says every " improvement" has made the place worse.
Try and get to the rvi or freeman, bit of a mission for you though.

I would rather stick a shotgun in my mouth and pull the trigger than waste another second on the fucking NHS. d'ya know that since February when I injured myself I have seen 12 different people and yet so far not one doctor has even examined my back yet, and not one simple X ray taken.
They must think were thick,me uncles posative them make money for every bloodtest they do, calls them vampires
My mam has had a couple of ops in the past year and both times was offered the chance to get it done at cobalt park instead of waiting on hospital appts at the local, am not sure wot it is but I will try to find out
Cobalt park? New one for me, thought it was just call centres there.
There's loads of stuff, but just at the shire moor entrance there's a little nhs building where they do minor ops n stuff
Will have to have a walkabout, need to know where it is for supplies post shtf
