Right, let's see how this goes.

The idea first.

I have something to gift onto someone. The only proviso is that whoever wants / accepts the free item must then offers something in return.

The Gift-er pays the postage.

When you post here requesting the item, please advise what you have to offer in return.

Try to keep it prep related (that's why we're here after all) and have fun.

So I'll start.

I have 2 x Swedish Army Gel Cookers to gift.

First one to reply get's them, then please tell us what you have to offer (and PM me with your details)
I don't think I have anything to gift right now as I am such a beginner, but do hope it's still going when I'm a bit more organised so that I can join in.
BUMP!!
How about my mam???

Errrrrr Huh

Is she prep related?
She can sew and cook and if all else fails you can put her in the pot...TongueTongueTongue
Are these gone yet? Ill have a rummage around my kit to see what I can gift if they are still going.
Yup, still available.

I thought this might take off a bit better than this. Maybe I'll have a dig around an find something else to offer
For 1 of the gel cookers, could I offer a mini emergency grab kit.

About 6 x 4 inches (not waterproof) pouch containing:

1 x emergency rain poncho (disposable type)
1 x 4 in 1 emergency whistle (whistle, button compass, mini fire steel, small signal mirror) with a small waterproof storage space inside.
1 x tea light candle.
1 x mini led torch (takes watch type button batteries)
Half a dozen weather proof matches & striker (stored inside whistle).
1 x Red bicycle light (with batteries).

Comes with a plastic snap on clip to attach to your belt/bag/whatever.

Not the best emergency kit but could be handy & contents can be removed/added to suit your needs (swap poncho for foil blanket, add water puritabs for example).

I bought a couple of these a few years ago when I used to go walking & always had 1 in my pack.
