FYI up in the north east people have been panic buying petrol, diesel, bottled gas, bsgs of rock salt and snow shovels.

its bloody silly nr mate ,got my diesel and rock salt in my stores if there so worryed about these things why not stock up

It goes off for one thing and the bread goes stale.
Bet theres still all the other food available.
Well we are not on that snow map,... I didnt think we would get any,... which please me no end..

Just spare a thought for your old age pensioner,s have a look in..... see if their ok folks ...and give some help if they need it...and keep an eye out for them.
The oh works at a garage wich was busy with panic buyers on monday, they knew it was going to happen so why wait till d_day?
I panic buy all the time. Buy it then panic that the wife will find out.

We very rarely get snow,.. we are right at the point where the Gulf Stream hits the UK,... it keeps us quiet a lot warmer than the rest of the country,... we even have palm trees growing wild in more than one places
when we do get snow,... its never too bad, and never for longer than two days
