After you regain your senses you realise you are on a large island with rocky shores and basically a reasonably sized wooded area and a ruined old settlement to the south of the island,containing ruined stone buildings the best of which has a standing stone wall.
You ''have'' a rucksack containing the following
1x fallkniven f1
15 metres of 550 paracord
Mess kit
Ferro rod
Teddy bear
You happen to be wearing
Tee shirt
Jeans
Fleece
Snugpack smock
Cotton socks
HiTec magnum classic cen boots.
Sports bra (women and stranga men)
What plan of action do you take knowing you will be rescued in 28 days(god told u ya crazy person)
1. Shelter - Paracord - get some branches and make a shelter.
2. Make Fire - Knife and Ferro Rod
3. Find some stream or pool of non-seawater and filter with smock or even put holes through teddy bear and
run the water through this
4. Find some vegetable or plant matter and cook it in tin

if a wire bra could you fashion a very basic fishing kit using the wire to create a hook of sorts and using the inner fibres of the para cord as the line?
you could also try and catch fish that come in during the high tided by build a rook pool type trap
swim in at higher water and when the water drops the fish are stuck in the man made rock pool
also look for crabs and mussels etc
You could use it to pretend to be a mermaid to attract passing sailors...

Making yourself safe is the first thing. Usually a fire, drying your clothes.
Then a recce to find water, food and see what life is there. Boil your water.
Chose a nice spot on the beach to camp. Keep the fire going and make it bigger. Get some sleep.
Refuel the fire and sort out some fruits and water.
Set some deadfalls for poor little creatures and see what eggs you can find. Explore and see what else has been washed up collect what you can. Explore a bit more looking for a secure location that you can live in. See if you can find a shallow pool near the shore that fish have got trapped in.
Build a FB beacon fire at the highest point. Stock with dry wood but have damp wood to throw on top to create smoke.
Sit by beacon scanning the horizon and spending your time discussing the meaning of the universe with God.
