I needed to stock up on the dog food today, the only problem is my dog food still has its coat on it

I am no butcher,...lol, just remember it is only dog food,.. but come the big event, it will be on our table too... Smile

I reckon I might also be laying in a stack of venison jerky you'd need climbing kit to get to the top of!

that was some fast skinning very good ,you must of done that beforeSmile as for the cutting up you did the job well ,that's my view

We are not fans of Venison, we will both eat it, but in moderation, its a bit of a strong taste for us, so by feeding it to the dogs we save a lot of money for a little effort
The knife I use is a sharpened cheese knife with a very small slender blade,..I find a veru small knife is able to do the job better
