The motto would be "Scythe13 dat Incrementum." Scythe13 gives the increase. More food, more water, more happiness (even though happiness is transient).
I'd quit and let someone else have all that responsibility.
Not before I set up my own sovereign kingdom in a quiet little corner somewhere though.
