How do you train your body and mind?
The train don't run through this town any more!
I have recurring hip injury so the occasional swim/walk or cycle ride is it for me now...been back to the gym a few times but it just keeps breaking down....as for training the mind....it never stops bubbling away, I read a lot.

Seems to me the best course of action.
We have a saying over here;
"Age and deceit will overcome youth and vigor in any serious endeavor."
We have 1 car so i have to ride my bike to work 5 miles and walk around the lake daily. I just try and fit my exercise into everyday instead of setting time to goto the gym. I work the mind by reading as well.
long walks with the dog- "contemplating the meaning of it all" +cycling +longer walks around car boots and Markets(we can walk MILES around these things!).
