Not been able to access most of my e mail accounts for over a week now, BT are a joke there automatic fault finder does not work, there phones are answered by idiots in India who think I should dance through all sorts of hoops to make their system work, my secondary accounts are working but my primary E mail account from which most E mails and PM arrive is just not working.

Anyone else struggling ?
