the land its self must be worth that
there is virtually no land with that particular lot BB, just the bit that's on top of the bunker, but the pump house which is a different lot number has about 3 acres with it, that one has a guide price of £25K.

Looks awesome, I was looking into buying 3 aches of woodland up Northumberland had a stream running through wildlife roaming including deer and the price was only 24k needless to say it got snapped up pretty quickly
yeah, I'm looking at buying some woodland too.
Nothing ever ends well with a bunker does it, you will eventually go mad BP and start ordering imaginary armies around on a map.
