Something is pretending to be a windows update on rundll32 trying to take control of my primary pc, Malware bytes professional, Anti Root kit program,Windows defender and AVG free version cannot detect or block it. but its constantly trying to take control of my PC.

Dunno when I'll have fully availability back.

You could always try the Spybot - Search & Destroy program which I've had to use in the past. It's free and easy to use but compliments what you already have, worth a try! Other than that, do a search for what you've found and see what comes up on Google, someone may already have a fix for it.
