Can anyone recommend a budget Compound bow that meets the following criteria,
Under $300 /£250
No longer than 32 inches axle to axle
30 to 35 pound draw weight
28 inch draw + or – a couple of inches
Ideally able to change or replace bow string or bow string assembly simply without high tech and expensive bow presses**
** quite important for preppers after TSHTF when unable to access bowyers stores.
so tshtf what do you want your bow for to hunt cows ,sheep , horses ,pigs all kept in fields or the tiny amount of deer that live in a tiny part of the uk.

and theirs me thinking we were over the Rambo , hunter , I can live off the land mindset.

go and play with s13 .
Only thing I could find that meets all the specs;

"tiny amount of deer"?? get out of your ivory tower, there are over 2 million wild deer in the UK and they are multiplying.

The North East is blighted with Munjuics and other imported species the little bastards love to live alongside roads and railways for some reason, and even a fair few on the coast ( prolly for the salt rather than the weather )
32" is tiny!

This is probably the closest I could find:

But if it is for hunting deer etc (after an event), then wouldn't a crossbow be better......
apart from highlander iv never herd of anybody on this site who hunted and killed deer , also highlander used a rifle , youtubed it .
as the law stands ,you can not use a bow for hunting anything ,but wtshtf its gloves off
so it would be like buying tools to mend a boat , but im not allowed to mend a boat.
ha,well no its about clean kills with a bow and that takes practice, and more practice ,and when you think you are good enough then practice some more
