its the way iv been going for sometime now not 100% veggi I include chicken and plenty of oily fish plus plenty of pulses like red kidney beans and chick peas.
iv lost weight and feel loads better don't miss red meat at all.

if your of that age / size give it a go , its worked for me.

check out the sugar in booze 10 pints of cider has the same callories as a days worth of food , ie 2.500 and its all sugar.
i love veg fruit......but still eat red meats .....maybe time to change my ways....given up just about with booze, lost loads of weight and feel better for it , TBH i do not eat that much these days........i may make a come back on the pitch.....not
