Was that you I spotted with you two friends at Durham Services on the A1M tonight bout 5.30 to 6pm, I spotted your triangular International prepper triangle badges and your Bear Paw BOB patches , if s hello from me Smile

I was the handsome dude in the black softshell with the tan BBcap who was in front of you at the checkout.
there's an international prepper badge?
yep, its on Ebay.
Mo its not a universally accepted badge but quite a few folks who like to collect moral patches etc often display the unjoined up triangle patch as a tag.

Why on earth would anyone want to wear a badge like that?

Is there any benefit to it?
Lots of people like to wear what is called Moral Patches, the only use I have for the prepper badge is when I agree to meet up with someone at a Festival or Wilderness event and we use them to ID each other in the crowds. I see lots of youngsters make it almost into an art form on the Zombie Squad forums.
Why don't we have a badge ,that only we can get ,so it's only us that know we are preppers
Poor opsec?? I know of a couple of groups who are rather crafty about showing their allegiance to others, they used braided multi colour paracord key fob thingies hanging from their jackets in set colours, and the others do the same but with different coloured paracord bracelets.

I would wager someone on SUK could produce an SUK only set of coloured bracelets or keyfob for members wanting to tag colleagues, not my scene though.
