Naaa life goes on, folks use multiple forums, blogs, E mail groups etc these days.

River, I don't use them myself but some folks communicate with other preppers on Facebook Prepper pages, I think there are loads of em, I think they operate in a similar manner to forums, maybe you can find a bit of extra chat if you have a peek at FB?

Saturation happenings. I used to read "specialist" news to keep up with the sort of thing that interest me. Now I don't need to since it's all so common place even the guardian and independent have to cover it.
I pop back here for a closer to Home viewpoint on what is going on. But usually after it has happened. When there is something major and I'm able, I will live stream and chat on websites and IRC as it happens.
Today was a bit quieter, I had no new posts to view. Also thought it was odd. Obviously you are all at Black Friday sales picking up 42" flat screens and Nike air Jordan's or whatever people buy at these things.
