Much appreciated.
Marinade for the outdoor barbecue ...think i put this up a while back but hey .

ingredients.
first aid kit
garlic gloves (press)
quarter teaspoon hot curry powder
two tablespoons veg or sunflower oil
two tablespoons dark or light soy sauce
two tablespoons of clear honey
one teaspoon caraway seed
one teaspoon ground coriander

Method.

throw all the above into a bowl ...any order you like
bowl size ? big enough for about a pound of meat.

mix/ whisk it up
let stand for 45 mins to infuse
head butt in your 1" cubes of meat into the bowl and coat all meat

cover with cloth and set aside for 1 to 2 hours.

skewer up
place over the heat turning for a even cook.

place first aid kit for close and emergency access.

serve up to guests......making sure you hide at least three for yourself....you need to do this bit first !

from past experience ....on the fire have some birch oil / tar ready......when guests loose fingers the first aid kit only takes you so far..when they pass out under the birch tar being applied FEAR NOT...they are still blissfully unaware of what's taking place.SS
