Our History
※ In 1997, Our first factory was founded in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province. At that time It was called "Zhenjiang Jiangcheng Metal Products Co.,Ltd".
※ In 2000, Jiangcheng became one of the key suppliers for Schaefer China, manufacturing steel grating and all types of mesh products for Schaefer China factory.
※ In 2005, The factory was expanded and start to supply different types of racking accessories to other racking manufacturers in China.
※ In 2010, We invested roll-forming machines and powder-coating line and expanded the 2nd factory, focus on manufacturing a complete racking systems.
※ In 2014, The board decided to develop export market, established "Shanghai Calin Logistic Equipment Co.,Ltd", to supply racking products for export market.
※ In 2015, Shanghai Calin logistic Equipment Co.,Ltd developed pallet shuttle system and exported to South America market. The company is awarded ISO 9001 Certificate.
※ In 2018, Shanghai Calin supplied a complete automatic electrical mobile racking system for one of the international clients.
Our Factory
There are two manufacturing plants in Kunshan and Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province, covering the total area of 30,000 M2 with 180 employees. Kunshan factory is equipped with high precision automatic roll-forming line and robotic beam welding machine. There are also two lines of automatic powder coating line. Zhenjiang factory focus more on racking accessories manufacturing. It is equipped with more than 40 sets of punch press, metal sheet cutting machine and press brake, automatic press lock spot welding machine specially for steel grating and wire mesh deck.
The factory has a production capacity of 2000 tons per months, which enables a quick delivery of average 20-25 days. We have certified structure engineer to make cost effective and tailor-made design. The factory has been awarded ISO9001 since 2007, and we strict follow quality control procedure and make sure our products meet international standard.

Product Applications
Various racking system is suitable for different industries. Basically it maximize the utilization of floor space and improve logistic efficiency. The industrial racking system can be easily found in the warehouses, distribution center, cold store, logistic center and so on. For compact storage purpose, Drive in rack, pallet shuttle system, push back and electrical mobile rack could be a suitable solution. For light and small parts, shelving system and Mezzanine floor rack would be a better option. If you have a high warehouse with massive output, an Automatic ASRS might be suitable for you.
