RE: What have done towards your prep? - Tartar Horde - 8 March 2014 Planted Peas and Tatties under poly, sown Basil, Coriander and Rocket into pots. Made a new Thumb ring for archery. RE: What have done towards your prep? - bigpaul - 8 March 2014 knocked down the old garden shed and cleared site, have to get some slabs to finish levelling the area, then some pallets to put the new larger shed on, shed firm will deliver and erect the new one. not really prepping as such as its only going to store garden tools and such but it will make a difference as the old shed was rotten and the window kept popping out in the storms. RE: What have done towards your prep? - Straight Shooter - 8 March 2014 Son in law sorted me some HD pallets 12ft x 6ft......6 in x 6in bearers 10 x 1 in boards plus 7 x 2 in sides all spuce.....about. 7 - 9 off going to strip them down .....get them home...new loging and splitting shed ...all under cover.......... tins of hot dogs, rice, ......suns out ......garden is calling me......hens are laying dozen a day.....KEViN has found loooove.......finally.!! RE: What have done towards your prep? - Scythe13 - 8 March 2014 Pellets and out ratting now. Fun fun fun. Oh also had my Havalon arrive today, new bivi/sleeping bag, and 50 CO2 cartridges. RE: What have done towards your prep? - Midnitemo - 8 March 2014 are you ratting with a Crossman? RE: What have done towards your prep? - Devonian - 8 March 2014 Made the most of the weather and got out in the garden and constructed a couple of new raised veg beds and got various veg planted out. Was nice to have some sunshine for a change! RE: What have done towards your prep? - Scythe13 - 18 March 2014 (8 March 2014, 22:43)Midnitemo Wrote: are you ratting with a Crossman? Yes, I'm ratting with a cute little Crossman 2250b. RE: What have done towards your prep? - bigpaul - 18 March 2014 "acquired" some pallets at the weekend, now laid on the site, ordered new shed yesterday so now have to wait for delivery.....about 4 weeks!!!#sigh# RE: What have done towards your prep? - BeardyMan - 19 March 2014 (18 March 2014, 13:46)Scythe13 Wrote:(8 March 2014, 22:43)Midnitemo Wrote: are you ratting with a Crossman? Have you modded it or are you running at 6lb?? Bit underpowered for ratting isn't it? I've seen rats take 3 shots from a full powered air rifle before they expire - tough bastards. RE: What have done towards your prep? - bigpaul - 19 March 2014 wife's Crossman RATCATCHER has been tested and registered at 8.8ft/lbs by our gun club. |
