She should have been hardcore and totally cut her hand off, made a tape and sent it to the FBI to show them that she meant business.
How far did it go tho, her vid is from August, he is still posting them. Could have just been a local cop that had caught wind of it and was trying to exert some pressure just for the fun of it. Did not see the video he made in his list of the police or who ever talking to him.
