RE: Brexit
Yes Barney TBH I honestly do believe it has, our voting system is apparently easy to rig ( NO IDEA HOW THOUGH) But I think its more likely we MAY vote to leave with a small majority and the government and EU wont accept it, they will waffle, BS us to death, twist things, Delay our ACTUAL leaving, then do an EIRE on us and make us keep voting until we vote to remain.

RE: Brexit
It is going to take something really crappy to galvanize the Brits into action. Years of apathy have dulled the brains of most of them and it is only a few alert folk who are actually aware of what is going on. What really ticks me off at the moment is the pressure on the youngsters to vote In. This completely ignores the whacking rate of unemployment in the EU youth (acrosss the board). How our dim PM can imply that their future is in the EU completely escapes me. It is wildly wrong and quite immoral to suggest something like that. In France you would have problems finding a job if you were over-qualified and spoke perfect French - unless of course you would like to work in a restaurant or an abattoir! I could spit, really!

RE: Brexit
The thing is Mary David Cameron is not thinking about what is best long term for the country, this is his last term in office and he is already fishing around for a Directorship with a Mega Company or an EU Commissioners job like that sleezeball Kinnock did, so he want to appease the EU bosses. And Corbyn is almost orgasmic at the thought of creating a single Federal Socialist Super State in Europe like a Mk 2 USSR and EUSSR if you like, and it will end up like Venezuela is today if they get their way.

RE: Brexit
I know what you mean, NR, but it is all getting rather worrying. I have no time for Cameron anyway and Corbyn is so far beneath contempt (still in the ooze) that he represents nothing, I am just wondering what is going to happen post-Brexit, whichever way the country votes. I suspect there will be a no-confidence vote in Cameron, and possibility a leadership election.

I'm stocking up and investigating solar power! I know when the red lights are flashing.

Yep, totally agree and I have become so despondent about the whole referendum as there is no way we are going to be allowed to leave the EU.

All the official polls show it as a close run thing with the remain vote just ahead, but if you look on any kind of online forums, and I am not talking about Prepper ones, it could be news ones, gardening ones, car ones etc, then everyone seems to want out, as does the average guy you speak to in the street or down the pub.

So to me, it seems there is overwhelming support to leave the EU and get out, but I cannot see Cameron allowing it to happen.....

RE: Brexit
Well if Labour is part of the remain lobby you know that vote rigging will be going on in some er,.... diverse cities, With the left involved in the referendum I would expect the result to either come out the day BEFORE or them to announce " Of 35 million people eligible to vote 4 million voted leave and 63 million voted leave including the 4,762 resident of Flat 2b Mandela court Birmingham". The working classes voting to remain is like Turkeys voting for Christmas.

RE: Brexit
Absolute criminal insanity as we already have British families waiting over a decade for a Council house and young couples unable to afford a home and the UK is already short of 3.2 million homes.
oh and even with the 330,000 they ADMIT to the govt issued 600,000 NI numbers last year so someone is lying,
