The bit I cannot fathom out is how this TINY MINORITY of Muslim extremists can fight full blown conflicts from Eastern Russia to Pakistan to Afghanistan to Iraq to Syria, to Yemen, to Sudan to Kenya to Ethiopia to Egypt to Nigeria, to Libya to Chechnya to Morroco to Algeria to Mali.
