In general I don't have a big problem with what the Tories have done. I get annoyed when they talk about cutting "waste" when in fact they are cutting valuable services, but the fact is that we can't afford these services any more, so they have to go.

I believe we can have it hard now, or harder later. Most politicians seem to prefer the "later" option, as it secures them votes and a job.
