Charlottesville police told to "Stand Down"

This is an excellent analysis, by Walter Williams, of how things went downhill in Charlottesville.

Police in Phoenix reacted quickly when protestors at last night's Trump rally began throwing rocks and bottles and apparently quashed further violence with chemical agents and a total of four arrests. Again, only a handful of protestors – on each side – in Charlottesville openly carried rifles and I've seen no reports of gunshot injuries there.
