It is the real deal for a dagger. No good for a utility knife.

It is a killing tool, I have two myself they are for the job of killing not chopping or gutting animals or shaving wood sticks, or anything other.

They are very good and I have been close to buying this a few times.
Do not look for a sanctuary in anyone except your self    ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ

The Fairburn is a 2nd generation close quarters knives preceded by stuff like Dirks, Tantos etc and superceded by boot knifes like Gerber Guardians and Sting 1As, a knife designed with only one purpose in life.
