RE: Bye Bye Scotish air rifles
So that's stuffed up my plans to get a couple of air rifles.

At least the legislation for swords and long knives (anything over five inches) is being held up, seeing as the were planning to ban fencing swords (which are blunt) and the sports people got uppity.

What's next someone gets hit by a stone so they ban gravel ? Undecided

how the hell are they going to get every airgun licensed? if people say "to hell with it i'm not going to get a license" how the hell are they going to FIND every airgun in Scotland??

They had the same problem in America when Nixon (I think it was Nixon) stopped the American public owning gold. He said all gold had to be given to the government at the price of $22.50 (or there abouts) and only 10% of the privately owned gold appeared haha.

No panic. It'll be a while anyway and only in Scotland. After that come visiting England and you won't have an issue.
