Opinel carbon steel folders , hold a really keen edge and not devastated if you lose it seeing as there about six or seven quid , got about half a dozen off em knocking about same as swiss army knives. your best knife is the one you have with you.
Nothing is fool proof for a sufficiently talented fool!!!!
