That site is a great resource. I've used it a lot.

I am making jam today as I have a huge rhubarb crop well been a huge crop all year had so much even made rhubarb curries, I cannot say it enough preppers grow rhubarb.

First time making rhubarb jam, I managed elderberry and blackberries in the past.


I know the site linked but good to see others are linking this stuff.

btw this jam I am making today should be good for a year.
