Collins - Ultimate Navigation Manual
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005I...s-os-doi_0

Anyone have this book or have any other recommendations ?

I have some basic map reading and compass skills but want to increase my knowledge in that area, the reviews look very good but just wondering if anyone has a copy and what they think of it

A tenner for the paperback looks cheap as chips, if its as good as the reviews suggest

I have this book and it's worth the money. Covers everything from the basics to advanced stuff you hope you'll never need.
