Microwave issues
Ok dont know if anyone can help me. My microwave has stopped working. It still spins but its not warming anything. Could I fix it myself or have I just gained a mini faraday cage?

the motor to spin it and the microwave emitter are two different components. Sounds like your emitter is screwed. A faraday cage is all it is useful for now.

Cheers sd,can I remove any of it to make it lighter? Or do I leave it intact for the faraday?

You can remove the insides as long as you don't make a hole. The motor for the turntable will be fine to remove and that weights a bit. Fill the hole with foil.
