For vitamins/minerals, checkout 'wet' celtic sea salt, fulvic minerals/acid and fermenting for 'B' vitamins.

I've been looking for fermented cod liver oil, but no such luck. If you have any UK suppliers that are reputable (main word, reputable) that would be helpful!

I've never heard of fermented cod liver oil!
The web site is not mine nor do I have any affiliation with it - but it is a very good source of health info; info that the greedy pharmaceuticals would not want you to know about.

Just done a search on the fermented cod liver oil - interesting.
I take Holland and Barretts 'Optimum Blend' - no creeking joints here!
