Meal planner
Does anyone else make a weekly or monthly meal planner?. We've been using one for sometime now, we know exactly what is to be cooked and when. We also basis our shopping list on that meal planner as well so we know exactly what we need to buy.

When we first started using a meal planner we noticed that our food bills were dropping buy not buying things we did not want or need. Over the last 2 weeks for example our shopping came to £32 per week for 3 people and the dog. I know we grow most of our own veg, salad stuff and herbs.

If you dont have a meal planner start one now and see if you if can save a few pounds a week.

RE: Meal planner
Of course I mean plan. You have to if you're serious about health and fitness.

Easiest thing is to cycle about 6 meals a day. Eat basically the same thing each day. Funny thing is, everyone says it's boring, but about 90% of people have the same breakfast everyday, so all in all....who cares if it's not the most exciting meal plan?!
