I will be happy to. I am going to film a youtube video of some of the knives I have made so far. Once its done I will put the link up on here. If people are interested and like what they see I will discuss individual orders. I have a reasonable supply of materials depending on the specifics you want.

Ok I have made a short intro clip showing three of the knives I have made for myself. I will be adding further videos with some working demos of the knives and then a work in progress for the knife I am working on currently.

Ditto, that survival knife is pure art.

If you had the time I'd love one like that!

Does anyone know if carbon steel can be blued?

Yes it can be blued by heat treating it its hard to get an even finish though and polishing and sharpening over time will eventually remove it.

The vid is unlocked now... never used you tube before!

The bushcraft knife in the video is a leftie and I am uploading a second vid of the knives in use. The one under construction will be a little better finished then my own knife as I was just learning when I made that one. I will put up a vid of the progress on it as soon as I can.

I'll watch the second one tomorrow, she's roped me in to watching the walking dead with her tonight,

I'm seriously interested in a blued survival knife, similar to the second one in your first video, I know the finish may not be even, I think it'll add to the charm though.

And as for the blue wearing, the way I see it it'll be like the "proper way" to get a martial arts Black belt if you catch my drift?

What do you have in the way of material for handles? Rosewood screams out to me, I think that'd look awesome.

I am impressed!!!

Of the three blades you introduced in the first video, I would certainly buy the smaller 2.
So please do let me know how much for them etc. It looks like I would need about 4 of each, cost permitting. Planning for a few folks...

If you are able to do them , please drop me a private message...

Am sure everyone else on here would be itching to get hold of some of them too. Smile
