A quick Google finds 40' x 9' x 8' wind-proof and waterproof shipping containers for between £1,800 and up to £3,500 used once, nearly new ones. Delivery extra.

found one on fleabay in North Devon 20ft with electrics fitted, water tight and boarded out, 4 bids so far 24 hours to run, its on £205 at the moment! pity i've got nowhere to put it!!Angry

yep, delivery is extra but there are firms who will do it, some of the ads say "delivery can be arranged"...i was looking at this one as its in North Devon and so am i!!Big Grin

just found a firm selling them in Camelford, Cornwall, this is buy now price not auction: 20ft standard £1250, 20ft high cubes £1800, 40ft high cubes £2000..all prices +vat, delivery extra by Hiab crane at cost.

Its that delivery cost that will send the price through the roof, lorries and cranes are not cheap and would get more expensive the more miles they have to travel,... now if I could only find a refrigeration lorry,..Smile

for reference purposes, the one i was looking at in north Devon went for £970 plus of course the delivery=whatever that costs.
