Emergency communications Frequencies and procedures
Raynet is the Amateur radio emergency communications group for the whole of the UK

They have a long history of providing resiliant communications in UK emergencies.

They train regularly to ensure thattheir systems are fully operationl

Here is a link to their downloadable operations manual:
http://www.raynet-uk.net/main/manual.asp

Section 5 covers all of the frequencies that Raynet plan to use in emergencies.

There is also a weekly news broadcast on Sunday mornings on the 3.5Mhz band. Listening for this will test your station's NVIS capability.
