uploading videos
Are there any plans to enable users to upload their own videos without having to use the dreaded youtube?
I think it would be useful from an educational and testing point of view, any videos to be scrutinised for content and suitability before being allowed to be posted. I for one would rather have the ability to post on here than youtube.

RE: uploading videos
There are two issues here, showing videos and storage. I'm guessing that the issue you have is the storage of the video.

Video uploads require storage on a server which costs real money. It doesn't have to be the one running it which is why sites like YouTube etc. which provide free storage are so popular. They take away the cost of storage.

I however am trying to save the videos for inclusion on a hard drive. So if you want to upload some videos contact me and we can sort something out.
