They can turn off the cell system either totally or in sections within minutes, so they will be able to do the same with the phone lines that serve the interweb. They turned it all off around the site of the bombing on the London tube and Buses on 7/7

didn't the yanks do that after 9/11? I know they did it after the Boston Bombings.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
