Worth sharing from the US
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — In less than a week, law enforcement agencies in three different Missouri cities have investigated the purchase of large quantities of cell phones at Walmart stores. In two cases, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was contacted.

Here local ordinances require retailers contact local police whenever anyone buys more than six prepaid cell phones for cash.
Reason is to investigate illegal drug activity. A larger cash purchase, not sure of the trigger point, brings in the FBI and DHS.

Another flash bit of news from Missouri where the cell phones purchases triggered suspicions, now they are reporting large thefts of propane tanks. Terrorist connection?
