A Change of Administration
I've tried to write this so it would be applicable to most countries ~ JP

Well, the votes are in and have been counted and the "folks on the dole", "welfare pros" and other third-generation societal leeches are NOT happy. The "world economic situation" will be used by the new PM/President to chop government welfare programs to the bone. Only the truly needy, physically handicapped, and destitute aged can expect any help at all and even these folks will see their benefits decreased. The young and healthy people will be expected to pull their own weight, starting forty-five days from today.

Naturally, those who have been gaming the system for so long are not "happy campers". There are widespread rumors on "social media" about "peaceful demonstrations" in the capital city (the term "peaceful" being open to broad interpretation"). These will feature the current crop of university-bred socialists and anarchists, the "welfare queens", and probably some "immigrants" who are less interested in protesting than in looting and pillaging, with a bit of rape and murder on the side.

What specific steps would you (and your family) take (or start) within the next two weeks to prepare for the possible meltdown of civil society forty-five days from today? Please be specific.
If at first you don't secede, try, try again!
