the UAE Armed Forces recently issued an international request for proposals for up to 600 8x8 wheeled combat vehicles.

Its ok, its for a Monster truck rally.

Not sure why they need 8x8's. Maybe they're using them because otherwise they'd sink into the sand.

They need them for the Paris dakar rally.
