Home Hardware set aside
NR

Recently I have started paying a bit more attention to hand tools that I may need to help repair or maintain my house after TSHTF if there is no power available, not being rich I either refurbished some of my own older tools, bought tools are car boot sales and restored them, or bought useful items when on offer. Most of them I have painted light blue for easy ID if I need to pack up and move out and need an assorted of tools.

Secateurs
Woodsaw
Pruning saw
Philips, Posi and Flat Screw drivers 1, 2 and 3
Prybar and crowbar
Border spade
Hoe
Hatchet
Rake
Snow shovel
2 lb claw hammer
4lb lump hammer
15 inch joiner’s screwdriver
Mole Grips
3 inch portable vice
Stanley knife
Pliers blunt
Pliers needlenose
½ & ½ inch socket set
Torx and allan key bit set
Set of drifts
Set of jewellers screwdrivers
Set of wood chisels
Set of assorted drill bits (need to get brace and bit)
Adjustable wrench
Pipe wrench
Mole Grips
This is what I have assembled so far separate from all my normal EDC home tools
Good list, I think i've got most of them knocking about ssomewher, I just lack your organisational skills N.R.
though I dont have a hand drill YET Or a vice, or a lump hammer. I've got a workmate which does for most things and if I needed, I could make saw horses and such from logs I suppose.
I've never made one But I've seen how its done so at least if you have the knowledge your better off than somebody who has none...
You might like to add bolt croppers to your list. They can be bought in places like Wilkinsons for less than a tenner, although more expensive ones would last longer. You never know when you may need to remove a chain or padlock you have "lost the key for".
If your looking for old hand tools try local country auctions got alot of my carpentry tool at these place. Got a cracking set of tools for a fiver, cross cut saw, couple of chisel, hand brace & bits and a box rule measurements in imperial only. All in perfect condition.
Add a box opener, shrouded blade type like what is used in supermarkets.

Useful for gutting as it prevents you nicking the innards and your fingers.
If you've got a load of rabbit to pouch, there is nothing quicker.
