Thats to try and disuade the UK, French and Yanks from attacking Syria. I agree with Russia that its got nowt to do with us, Syria has been an enemy of ours for decades.

Yup, it's about time we learned to keep our noses out of other peoples business. We no longer have the manpower or resources to get involved in matters that don't concern us.

Whether we like it or not, we are fast becoming a third world country. For us, our money is being wasted by our Government (All of our Governments), giving billions of pounds to poorer nations. All the time they are recieving freebies they will continue sitting on their backsides doing nothing. The decent people in this country are working hard to keep these and our own layabouts. It will not be long before we will be holding out the begging bowl. I don't think there will be any country out there that will be a soft touch! Kenneth Eames.

The government are still giving money to nations that are now better off than us. I read an article recently about handouts to a south ammerican country, Brazil I think, that has a stronger ecconomy than us. Surely charity should start at home.

We still give £250 million a year to Argentina, over £1 billion to India and India has a bigger miltary than we do, plus a space propgram and nuclear weapons and power program, Effing socialism will be the death of Britain.
