I'm more of a book person....but there's good info in there.
One thing I love is Tarahumara....The Running People, The Raramouri. They run with sandals made from tyre. But when I say "They run" I actually mean "They F**KING RUN!!!!" Meaning, average of 100 miles a day. Kids and over 70's are averaging over 60 miles a day!!!! Crazy cook stuff hu? If the sandals are good enough for them, they're easily good enough for us!!!
