have had problems with supermarket fuel before, something to do with the number of deliveries stirring up the muck in the bottom of the tanks maybe??
With the cheapest item - the squash - you would have to buy 5 bottles (£18.25) to get 50p/l off, which would mean you would have to buy 37l of fuel to be back in the money, not counting the cost of the pop. Most cars have a 40-45l fuel tank so you are going to be saving 50p on 3-8l of fuel, saving you £1.50 - £4.00 on fuel but you would have spend £18.25 on pop.

Keep in mind the pop is twice the price you can buy it else where, and if people do not put in more than 37l at a time and the supermarket are quids in!

ASDA do the toilet rolls in the offer for £3 as opposed to £5 for tesco. DEAL!!!!!!

So if you are only going to buy 20l of fuel (as a hell of a lot of people do as they do not want to invest the extra cash in a full tank) they would be better off buying the toilet roll from Asda and getting full price fuel

Damn I bored to be looking prices and doing such sums.
Fill up jerry cans which is what i do.
