Hi,
Just joined up so thought it only right I as hello, Names Gary and im from Lincolnshire.

I'm pretty new to the prepping game and been interested in survival books and program's and gone through various fazes with compound bows, throwing knifes and axes as a teen but now shooting is my thing. I hold my firearms and shotgun licences and get out a couple of time a week vermin shooting.

The reason I've joined is although I know I could provide my self with meat for a long period via shooting or snaring that's about all I could do. I could knock up basic shelter if i needed too but I lack the knowledge to cope long term, most survival books teach you how to cope for a short period but not how to live for an indefinite period, that's the knowledge I want.

I'm sure we'll all get to know each other pretty soon but feel free to say hi via pm if you fancy a chat.

Gary
