I would think it needs a little thought,... it could also be a death trap, once you are in there it wouldnt be that easy to get out, which ever direction you went, you would be meeting other people,... possible hundreds of them,... these places, like under many cities are all well known to local people,.. you would certainly never be able to defend yourself or your food

I certainly wouldnt want to be down there
