we've all been piss poor but that is no excuse to behave like this!
I dont envey people who have to put up with all this,.. its got to be real bad for some people,...and of course 8 year old kids dont get any better with age,.. some of those will grow up to be real thugs
Thankfully we dont get any of this sort of thing, kids here are still haveing fun as kids,... but still have time to help other people,..and are polite with it

this is the problem with living in an "urban" environment, and as the population increases this will only get worse, mind you one day they will meet up with someone who wont take this shit and they'll get a good kicking.
Nation wide people are like this, I understand how kids are like this you have to look at the parents, scum like this are probably 3rd generation and when they have kids theyl be worse.
Arrrh,.. you cant always blame the parents,.. there seems to be a trend in doing that,.. even if you get bad parents, a child still grows up knowing that if he knocks down an old lady that he is doing something wrong,... its down to the kids themselves,.. its trendy to be a thug, there isnt any bigger thrills around for them these day
Years ago we had places to go, and these places gave us things to do that were then the way to go, even if they were a bit tame,... these days there is nothing,..so being a `big man` is the top of the thrill charts,.... the worse thing to happen was to close the youth clubs
