Okay really really odd one for you all to enjoy.

As a small challenge, stay static in a position that causes you pins and needles in your feet. Next, get up and start running.

Okay, thats a joke and very clearly a bad idea. The principle is to show something unexpected. Basically, if you're hiding, but need to up and off as quickly as possible, have you thought of real oddities that might catch you out....like pins and needles?

I almost wiped out some poor unsuspecting woman at the cinema as a result of trying to move quickly after waking up from a boring cinema film ended...oops.

Just a little food for thought.

Any other 'odds' that you can think of, please feel free to list.
In the Army when you are very often in one position for long periods of time,.. we were told two things,... first of all, and most importantly think about the position you go into in the first place,.. and the second was that if you started to feel pins and needles, either move slowly, or if you cant then wriggle your toes,.. this at least helps to pump blood though the pinched arturies that are causing the blood loss
