Eating snails sounds a bit too Bear Gryllis to me,though ok if purged,I hear.Digging up tons of ancient Oyster shells(Roman/Medieval???)Nocturnally hand-picking is supposed to be a really efficient non-chemical route.Thankyou Mary!
