I can think of another good reason to keep a traditional bow around as well, you can feed em on wooden arrows which many compounds would choke on, thats a serious saving in money AND allows home made arrows more scope.

also its easier to alter the points on a wooden arrow,cant necessarily do that with all alloy arrows.
